Re: 95 D1/D2 Scores 10/3
All scores are currently posted on website. Only scores missing as of 6:10 are D2: Club Classic West vs. Hurst United and D3: DTR WTX vs. FCD Red. Tip o' the hat to whomever is posting scores for U-15 this year. They've appeared quicker than I can ever remember!SPARC wrote:Post 'em!

Leite DTR handed Grandson and FCDJ a 2-0 defect.

"Refs can make or break you out there."
Yea. Ain't that the truth.
I refereed a club game this weekend, where one team won 6-0. The score could have been 15-0, except that the winning coach kept the score down by rearranging players on field (keeper playing forward). Losing coach told me an offside call negating a goal (which he even admitted was the correct call !) affected his team's motivation. He accused me of being golfing buddies with the opposing coach (whom I don't even know, other than having refereed his team previously), and blamed "poor officiating for the result" (only example was a throw-in from midfield going the opposite way he thought it should).
You know, given his players are age 12, and that I didn't call his fill-in keeper TWICE for handling the ball outside the box (given they were getting creamed) . . . . .
Oh well, guess he just didn't see THOSE.
Man, those refs can be pathetic.

Re: 95 D1/D2 Scores 10/3
I don't know what game you watch but DTR could have won 4-0. DTR was dangerous the entire 2nd half and the way FCDJ was going to score would be on a counter attack that never materialized. I did enjoy seeing how obnoxious the DTR parents were and how they detest a FCDJ team their team has never played before.omega striker wrote:they handed them nothing but escaped with what should have been a 1-0 win at best. man ref's can make or break you out there!pwip wrote:Leite DTR handed Grandson and FCDJ a 2-0 defect.

Could be because they lost one of their better players to the JuniorsTrue10 wrote:I don't know what game you watch but DTR could have won 4-0. Huh?
Sorry. I am not understanding what you're trying to say.
Given your response is to my comments re. refereeing affecting games, I'd kinda like to know . . . . .
