1. 70 to 85 degrees year round allows better performance and training environment
2. Guest players.

Tx teams tend to play tournaments with their true players. Cali teams always have the max guest players. Don't fool yourself into thinking that they are so much better elsewhere in the country.

The grass ISNT greener elsewhere.

Soccer players arent being developed any better elsewhere either.
Last year's U13 Dallas Cup Champion (United FC) had zero guest players from outside of their club but did bring 1 player from their B team in the same club. But from what I hear this is the exception for most teams since others from Texas and outside of Texas bring in guest players for this event.

FC Golden State Acedemy is looking forward to Dallas Cup 2013 - 2012 was fun, lost to Crewe from England in QF's.

This year our BU13 will be joing our BU14 from last year.

No Pizza Hut park this year?? Will most of the games be at the college in Richardson?

Thanks in advance for any info!

So you're hopeful your U14 age group ONLY will get USSDA status. You still don't have 16/18s. I don't understand why you guys insist on putting academy after your name when you're not one at all. Last year your tried this at DC and they refused to put academy at the end of your name......

That was being discussed with our team but I think the competition is very tough to make that decision plus our team isn't the biggest compared to some others.

but you also said we come stacked with guest players or somebody else did and that is what I was responding to when it dealt with the U13 winners from last year. No guest players. Now the other teams from So Cal definitely had some guest players from other clubs there and I expect most if not all the teams this year will be bringing kids from other clubs to help them win the DC title.
