TFC Blue Cup Dec 11 - 13th

TFC Blue Cup will be held in December 11-13, 2009. All games will be played in Carrollton/Farmers Branch, Texas. Gauranteed 3 games with top teams advancing to playoffs.
TFC has chosen to support the WFAA-TV’s Santa’s Helpers during the Blue Cup. We ask that each player if possible contribute one unwrapped toy (ages infant to teen) and bring to any TFC tournament tent at any complex throughout the weekend. Thank you in advance for your support. (See Santa Helpers letter below for more details.)

Ages: Academy U10 Boys and Girls/ U11 to U16 Boys and Girls.
Cost: U10 is $350.00 and U11 to U16 is $550.00.

That is interesting I didn't even notice they were listed with the 97's. Maybe it was an error. Just checked though and it is still the same.

I would've expected to see more U12 teams since Fall Festival had to be canceled.
It would be only fair for Solar 98's to play up. Their record speaks for them. The team needs some competition from more than just a few teams in their own age group.
If anything hopefully they'd send a few lower ranked 97's to play with the 98's
Wouldn't the challenge be worth it for Solar 98?

The last time we played the Solar 98 team many many moons ago they whopped us 7-1. They should actually play with the 98's and give the lower ranked 97's a chance to play their level.

Solar 98 wants to play up a year. Think it will happen. Be interesting if Solar 98 plays Solar 97 in the tourney....
Believe that Solar 98 wants to get a shot at the top 98 teams in California (e.g., Chino Hills, South Bay Gunners, etc) very soon. Could be a humbling experience or serve as validation-either way great for development.

It seems they took the Tigres D3 team and put it in the blue bracket with D1 &D2 teams while Irving Elite plays in the white bracket with D3 and Plano.

the problem with NT soccer is sillymom’s comment……describing her child’s team as pions. If you want to call your team poins that is fine. Please don’t lump Andro 98 in your group. We might not win every game but the boys are enjoying what they are doing and improving.

Dude, I think I hit a nerve. Question are you playing this weekend, didn't think so stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Don't tell me Solar winning every tournament they enter doesn't bother you. I can remember how many times they knock us out in the quarter, semi and even finals. Just glad this time we don't have to play them. We've played your team and compared to that team you are a PION.
