Dallas Premier Supercopa
I am interested to see what this age group thinks about the Dallas Premier Supercopa?

You might want to put this under an 04 thread. 03 parents are deadbeats and usually lurk elsewhere.PatsDad wrote:I am interested to see what this age group thinks about the Dallas Premier Supercopa?

HEY NOW!!! we are not deadbeats. just lazy asses that don't want to have our own thread.
We do troll the 02 and 04 threads because they are crazy. some even go over to the girls side to see how tame the 02 and 04 boys threads really are.

Re: Dallas Premier Supercopa
Best bet is to follow the 04 thread. NTX will be represented by 4 of the top teams, and the competition will be great. The change of pace will be good for the boys to play some new and different clubs. Will be nice to see and compare the different styles of soccer happening at this level. Tactical and technical with possession, BSF smash and run, or a combo of the two. Should be an enjoyable weekend if we do not creep into the 100's early in June, some states might not be used to that.....unless say, New Mexico or Arizona....

The 03 attitude is just reflective of the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament.
Nothing good comes from New Mexico, just saying. Well except Hatch Chiles. And primitive nuclear devices.

Not much to say. NTX will be represented by excellent teams in the 03 group. FCD Premier (Snell/Pino) has a very good core of kids. Besides them, Solar Castro and DT are also ultracompetitive teams. Solid, well coached and ready to compete in this tournament. We should be proud of many of those kids with unlimited potential.

Yeah those 3 plus the hapless poorly coached uncompetitive goobers from FC Chopped Liver should be decent reps.

are you now sad that Odyssey was left out of the comment by World Cup? He stated Snell for FCD so don't feel bad he left Odyssey and Paddy the Haymaker out of the discussion.
I think Odyssey will do just fine in the tournament.
I did hear a rumor they were worried about there upcoming clash against that Girls Super team that will be representing the US in the next World Cup as U12 players.

Yeah, sniffle. Crushed. Could care less. Just hate to let opportunity to make smart-ass comment go a wastin.
10 teams in TBPL league, 8 games. Everybody misses somebody, and divine intervention saved us from taking the SRSA beating. Thanks, Jesus, owe ya one.

Re: Dallas Premier Supercopa
Also our Odyssey friends will representing......Maybe if there is enough time to sign up those pretty "intense" well coached girls can join the soccer fun as well.....nice to see them beat up on some national boys teams other than ours in NTX, but the bigger idea is that we can get a gelado and paleta cart for the kids and possibly a mobile beer tricycle with a cooler in the back with some cold ones to keep the foul mouthed screamers possibly happy.....fun it will be

Re: Dallas Premier Supercopa
Is the 03 group considered U10? In KS we're designated U10 and '02/'03. I'm presuming in TX that might be considered '03?

Yes. U10 = '03 "soccer year" = Born between Aug 1 2002 and July 31 2003.

Re: Dallas Premier Supercopa
If it is U10 can they technically use 02 players as long as they are still 10? We had this question brought up recently what the rule is on that?

Re: Dallas Premier Supercopa
They can use kids born in 2002 if they were born after Aug 1, same as always. You can't be any older than Aug 1, 2002 birthday. Same as any other U10 ('03) league/tourney that you have done since Fall 2012.
It scares me a little bit that NTX people are not clear on what the age groups mean. This is how we end up playing against 13 yr olds.

I don't know, there has to be a better way to group the 03 kids. If we see your a.m. stubble, you're not playing.
