I know a few of you have been before and we have been accepted this year for the first time
So, any advice on the do's and dont's and don't need to worry abouts?

No details from team manager yet on what we are expected to do but i assume we have a partner hotel we have to stay at
I think me & bb are going to fly xmas day and do universal studios theme park and hang out the 26th since pool games are 27-28-29 w/semi and final on 30
So i plan on us flying back 31st just in case we get on a roll
Driving whole way saves $$ I know but it sounds like a beating and a half going what, 1200 miles both ways in a car Shocked

Thanks

Agreed...driving may or may not save money depending on how many people are splitting the cost of gas. Fast, easy flight on Southwest but get your tickets NOW as it's the holidays so they will sell out.

Our team had their flight cancelled last year and it was a night mare. This year they are chartering a bus. Going down early is a good idea.
Leave extra time for all Orlando travel. Mapquest or GPS it and then multiply by 2 or 3 the time it says it will take to get there. You will hit traffic no matter where you are going , no matter what time or day it is.
Oh and don't forget the $20 per person per day admission at ESPN complex games.

We have driven last 2 yrs and it’s usually 17 hrs straight only stopping 3 times for food/restrooms/gas. The total gas to & from & in town = $ 600, versus 4 flight tickets = $ 1600 + rental fees ($ 200), so it was more cost efficient to drive but takes 2 full days, but I would definitely fly if I could afford it! Universal Studios was great!
