“Become the change you want to see.” - Mahatma Gandhi

The world is full of people that complain. Instead of complaining, take action. Do something about it. This string has already been opened up to discuss how the current system should be improved but, in general, the response has been that (aside from Club-owned byes) that the current system makes sense.

So Barcaway, how should this current system be improved?

hear this silliness all the time. we almost won, we can play in classic!. we beat a team in classic once in a tournament,we can play there! of course what they don't get is that probably 5 or 6 out of 7 times they will lose to that team. most ppl and apl teams are one trick ponies, one kid who scores all the goals, then when they play a classic team that shuts down that one threat, they don't have a prayer...

Ayses Black qualified for Classic at U11. They had 2 seasons to move up and weren't able too. They were caught in the new classic D3 re-qualify rule and weren't able to qualify.
The Olympians Red team has attempted to qualify every year for Classic and can't seem to make it in.
When it comes to tournaments, my sons team has a 50% playing time for all players, no matter the score. During classic league play there are some players that may get 5 min a game. Its nice to win tournaments, but they are used more for learning and giving back to those that are committed to the team, but need more development.
As far as classic spots kept by organizations and not teams, I think the league is working as planned. If you look at D1 there are some teams that are struggling without their top players that moved up to Academy. So some of the top teams in D1 last year may fall out of D1 next year. I think that shows that they system is working.
Look at FCD White. They failed to qualify the first year, but made it in the second year. Last season they finished second in D3 and now they are in the middle of the pack of D2. Sounds like the system worked for them.

What if they played they're way an dominated teams in Classic should represent an prove that they deserve in classic  don't tell me all these factors.thesse teams are dominating an yes they might have one two guest players but your telling me that a classic team is gonna lose because of on or two guest players? If they are classic teams they should kill ppl apl teams.

you should have stopped while you were ahead and getting some partial agreement. stop worrying about how other teams are winning or losing and focus on yours.

take your ppl team to qualifiers and get in if they're so great and quit crying.
