A- Hurst B- Tejanos C- Irving Elite Wildcard- FWFC
FWFC and Irving moving on with IE winning final 4-3

Bracket A - First game out of the chute, first game of the tournament, is DTRW vs. Hurst United. The winner will likely advance to the semis. I'll take Hurst United in a close one.

Bracket B - This seems to be the easiest draw and is primed for Tejanos to advance. The best game should be Tejanos vs. DTWW at 11:45.

Bracket C - The bracket of death. Both FWFC and Irving Elite should advance to semis and go undefeated, as they do not have to face each other in the prelims. But with six teams, look for one upset somewhere in pool play.

Semis - Tejanos vs. Irving Elite, Hurst United vs. FWFC
Finals - Irving Elite over FWFC

why are you picking a d3 team over two very solid d2 teams?

While FWFC finished first in D2, they did lose five games and were only +10 in goal differential (39 GF and 29 GA). Hurst lost six games and were only +2 (27/25). These results came against better competition, but they were in no way a dominant, unstoppable force.

Irving, on the other hand, went 17-0-1 and had a +92 goal differential (103/11). They didn't just win, they slaughtered their competition. My bet says that kind of dominance translates to any kind of opposition. And when you get right down to it, Irving is now a D2 team along with Hurst, and FWFC is now a D1 team.

That's my logic. Rate me! Debate me! Rock me!

First Good Luck to all the teams playing. But here's my three cents.

Bracket A: It has two good teams but Dallas Texans Red (D1>D2) with the help of some guest players will edge Hurst (D2) and advance.

Bracket B: Same here two great teams,but DFW Tejanos (D1>D2) will edge North Texas Strikers (D2).

Bracket C: I see the wild card coming from here since they don't play against each other. But Irving Elite (PP maybe D3) will win top spot based on points and FWFC (D2>D1) will be the wild card.

Second Round:
Texans 4 over FWFC 3 advances due to guest players.
DFW Tejanos ties Irving Elite but DFW advances in shootout (4-3).

Championship Game:
Texans Red 3 over DFW Tejanos 1, guest players to much for DFW to overcome.

I will say this, my guesses look to be right on the money, except for that tied. But will still have to wait to see if Irving Elite moves into the number one seed in C bracket.
