2015 Challenge Games Qualifying Format

2015 Challenge Games Qualifying Format U17 4 teams needed
1st weekend - 3 bracket winners advance to league
2nd weekend - three 2nd place teams from 1st weekend placed into 1 bracket - bracket winner advances to league
I understood that 6 spots would be up for grabs, why is there only 4? Am I miss reading that?
The Challenge Tournament is open to all Competitive Teams.
Roster Freeze Date: April 15, 2015
Division III will now have 6 openings going forward instead of 8.
Four teams will be protected in Division III the two bottom teams relegated from Division II & the 3rd & 4th place teams in Division III
Guest Players/Club Pass Players will not be allowed in the Challenge Tournament.
