this forum has been dead! so lets get some chatter going! who are your picks for the Puma cup and King tut to make the finals and semis??? Question

Well, don't know about Puma - haven't "studied" the teams yet - but I do know one thing for certain about King Tut...NO team will make it to the semis or finals since its a 4-game "friendly" format and their are no standings or playoffs. Should be a fun weekend seeing the '99 teams' rosters for the first time. Smile

I guess your BB plays for Solar red? great team! I will say I agree but don't count out FCD South,Tyler azzuri,or the Barcelona team!

No, actually he doesn't play for Solar Red. Based on the field, these two are clearly at the top. Obviously, brackets will determine who matches up with who. I don't expect Barcelona to make much noise. Azzurri is very solid and should make the elimination round and could do something, but they aren't as battle-tested as either SR or FCD. FC Dallas South plays hard, but they need to learn how to win. They seem to have trouble scoring.

But that's why they play the game, so I guess we'll see....

I found out that Barcelona had struggled in their last couple of tournaments mainly because of absense of a couple of key players but picked up a few suprise players from bigger clubs so I expect them to do well and didn't they give SR their only loss in SDL this past season? I guess with all the movement we will just have to wait and see?
