Cruz Azul Injured Player Update?

Meant to ask about this last week. Does anyone know how the young man from Cruz Azul is doing? He was taken off by ambulance back on 4/29 during the Cruz vs Solar Stricker match. He was hit by his keeper then hit a Solar player from what I thought I saw. He didn't move afterwards & there was a lady, I'm assuming his mother that was in tears. So I'm just wondering if he's ok?

That's awesome that you are still concerned about this player. I see a lot of negative things on here but it's good to see something positive for a change. I hope the kid is ok too.

During our game again Cruz Azul on Sunday I ask some of their parents about the young man & was told that he was doing much better. He was actually there & the game from what I was told. They said he's in a neck brace for several weeks but he's walking fine. So that was great news! Just thought I'd pass along what I was told. We'll continue to pray that he makes a full recovery. Again this could just as easily be any of our kids.
