Updated list for the Boys. Schedules should be posted on Sunday. Due to adds in different age groups we need a U13, U14 and U16 team. U14 team will go into the Silver Division.

Who were the late entries? I think the whole field looks like a talented group of young men!

Hurst United and Atletico. But yes I agree the entire bracket is going to be very competitive!!!

Need a U13 Boy and a U16 Boys. Schedules should be out today. 21 coaches with multiple teams is very time consuming to schedule.

Somebody did not like the schedule. I will put my money on the 97b schedule change.

Overall a good tournament and once again more progression for HUFC by playing against D1 teams.

Hurst had a good tournament...be proud of that! All the other teams played 3 games on Saturday including a late Saturday night (8PM and 9:30PM). Your team last game was Saturday at 12:30. SR played 2 games not 1 on Sunday and won the final handily.

We would have took a late night game if offered. We would have preferred that so that we didn't have to get the boys up at 6:00am for our first game and so that we would not have to play 150mins of soccer before the final.
I take nothing away from Solar they deserved to win the game. My email was not pointed at them. They are an extremely good team who won on the day and rightly so, honestly with not maximum effort.
My point was you want equity with the schedules so that teams play the same amount of games at roughly the same times on the same days. Did FWFC (d1) lose against Andromeda (plano) because Andromeda were just the better team or were they helped by the fact that it was their first game of the day and it was FWFC second. Who is going to be the more tired team here? My point here is that FWFC 's second game should have also been Andromeda's second game of the day to get equity.
If you believe that playing two games on Saturday when everyone else has played three and got their rest overnight is the same as having to play three games (two full minutes) on Sunday when the opposition teams only get to play two will not affect those games, then we live in different worlds and I base mine on playing myself for 35 years and having played at a very high level.
