What is the "State Cup"?

Looking at the U11 I don't see that many teams. Is it just another tournament as I see andro in there and they didn't do that well in Classic.

The winner of the US Youth Soccer North Texas Soccer State Cup in U13-U19 age groups will represent North Texas Soccer in the 2012 US Youth Soccer Southern Regionals Championships to be played:
June 14 – 20, 2012 in Greenville, South Carolina
· U11 thru U12 will not be advancing to the Regional level, but will be North Texas State Champions

The winner of the 2012 US Youth Soccer Southern Regionals Championship in U14-U19 age groups will represent Region III in 2012 National Championships to be played: **U13 will not advance to Nationals

July 24 – 29, 2012 in Rock Hill, South Carolina

Hope the u14 group is not already set...

Group D looks horrible... 3 teams in the top 5 of D1

they use the fall standings usually.

German, no way they could be using the fall standings. Even if they did how do you put two of the bottom 4 teams in the fall plus a Rec team in Group A. The three in Group D were 1st, 5th and 6th in the Fall. Hopefully it was a simple error and will be fixed by NTX.

Hunter I was corrected by our manager. Each age group decides on the way how to determine the seeding. So actually I have no clue (what else is new).

Schedules were changed - seems more realistic seeding now.

The seeding was set a month ago. All the managers of the teams met and agreed upon the seeding. If you the schedule has been redone, it was most likely done because the person putting in the schedule screwed them up.
