Fire Schellas Hyndman?

Ok, so everyone that knows more about soccer than I do (i.e., pretty much everyone posting here) please explain why Schellas Hyndman should not be fired at this point. Yes, I know he coached Dallas to the MLS Cup finals in 2010, but he has now been in charge of this organization for almost 4 years and it appears to be regressing every year. He has had 4 years to get "his" players in the organization and either has failed to do so or made grave mistakes in evaluating talent. What am I missing?

massive injuries, try winning with starters hurt in droves, backups playing, backups hurt and playing 3rd stringers or even fourth stringers. i think he's doing what can be done under the circumstances

yep, because fdc was such a powerhouse before he got here. funny how that college coach got to the cup......

funny how the more he put his stamp on things the worse it got. This is a pro team and the results speak for themselves. They are performing poor and even worse, it is not fun to watch. The coach always gets the blame and hman is no different. I will say if he get D ferriera back the onfield product may improve

that is funny, took a joke of a team,( my 9 year old daughter could have outrun the defensive line when Pablo Ricchetti was back there) and went to the cup and now has massive injuries to deal with and is struggling, LIKE ANY OTHER COACH would.

Hyndman has been figured out by other coaches and most importantly he has lost the players attention. FC Dallas needs a new coach, someone that gives the young guys like Bryan Leyva more playing time. When Eric Avila was here in Dallas he should of been a starter in my opinion, but Schellas likes the physical game. We need a change so the kiddo can go back and see some good soccer.

Not a fan oh SH. However, injuries are hurting the team. Ferreria was a player in the day , will not be the same. We have tried to many players from the South. Lets try for some players from Europe. What has Bruce done to the Galaxy this year?
