Arsene Wenger (legendary arsenal coach) talking about developing players.
We have a great opportunity here. Our kids are introduced tactics (bad tactics 99's have gone stale. Here's something to fire it up Icon_pale ) at a younger age thus having much longer to master. Unfortunately the fundamentals before 14 are sorely lacking. What do you think?
