i will take lp vs titans, unfortunately i think this is the titans tournament to win but must admit fcd blue is a much stronger team than last fall.

then my next would be my old friends TFC 01 over somebody but anybody could be the second place team in that group.

Assuming two different divisions;

Titans v FCD Blue in the final. Titans take first.

FCD Blue seems to really be gelling as a squad. They will give the Titans a roaring good time.

Any truth to possible guests/transfers from the Solars (yes, plural) settling in with Coppell FC? If true, Coppell could throw a monkey wrench into the situation.

In the other division;

TFC over FCD White in the final.

coppell needs to work on that -62 goal differential. that happens again and they will be relegated.....

Half of the differential was against the Top 5. Including 13 by Gall. The Top 5 seem to have a major mojo on Coppell.

I believe they had a 8-0 drubbing at the hands of the Titans, too. If I recall correctly, Coppell gave the Titans a good match in a tournament about the same time.

Inconsistency is the part they need to get under control. Too many extremes.

Reinforcements from the Solars would be a big plug in the sieve.

Good points. I am excited to see d1 play d1 and d2 playing d2. Much more interesting season coming up!

Why the big hoopla on FCD BLUE. Did they upgrade their roster. They can play defense but not really score.

I would say Titans tournament to lose.

Coppell and TFC are the dark horses in this tournament.

And based on the hoopla on FCD BLUE...

Final will be Titans vs FCD Blue, with FCD Blue winning.

i picked fcd blue because they went undefeated at ken smith, placed second, scored 10 goals and beat that kansas team to go play bazan in the finals( where they lost badly) and i saw them beat and out play the titans in classic in the spring.

With the movement going on between teams, guest players playing, other players leaving, this tournament could probably be won by any of 4 different teams.

Group C looks like by far the strongest with 3 Classic league teams from each division. Group B should go to Coppell. Not sure how FCD Blue landed in Group A.

well i got part of it right kind of. fcd blue beats the titans and then coppell and fcd blue play a no holds barred overtime final with coppell coming out on top 3-1. d2 should be very interesting this year. congrats to the tired boys of coppell and fcd blue. great job!
