What would you like them to do, should the have both teams from TX Lightning in the same bracket. Since they are the #1 seed and Gold is #2, they are in two different brackets. American Eagle shouldn't have to play two Classic Teams and Gold play none. The only thing they could have done is moved TFC or FC Cobras up to the A Bracket and move the Jaguars to the B Bracket. Not sure that is a major change.

TXL Gold makes it past TFC for bracket B
