I always thought Freddie Adu was lying about his age. When he was a kid he looked like a man playing with little boys. Now that he's a grown man, he looks like a midget next to other footballers. The Boss wrote:anybody remember freddy adu?PG-Boy wrote:New story on the MLS page...

Re: XUXUH!!! NO TYPO, might be the next phenom!!
After watching the Video again, I think I realize why hes so highly recruited, Hes fast and tall..... Like I said the footwork isnt impressive in this video. Our family host alot of the British soccer coaches for Challenger British Soccer Camps and I think they have the same issues we have here. The soccer coaches that come over here (age 18-23) that I have talked to about their system there says that alot of those clubs recruit based on HT and speed rather than footskills. Im assuming they feel they can always teach the skills if needed but the HT and speed are probably attributes which cant be taught.
From reading alot of the comments in here, it seems thats what everyone is saying about our clubs here, is that all they look for are tall fast players rather than skilled players regardless of speed and height.
Just my 2 cents...

I look for the parents wallet. The bigger it is the more BS I feed them.AllPaoTeam wrote:After watching the Video again, I think I realize why hes so highly recruited, Hes fast and tall.....
