I'm not too sure why but they ranked everyone from their pre QT seedings with a few exceptions.

I saw those but I was really scratching my head on some of the rankings, especially in division 2. I appreciate you pointing them out and I went ahead and included them. Thanks.

These ranking are like college football, you know who the top 3-5 teams are and the rest will sort themselves out as the season progresses! Should be a fun season!

My prediction for the top 5 at the end of U11:

1 FCD Premier
2 Texans Hassan
3 FC Premier
4 FCD Pino
5 Andromeda Carillo

The top two are a lock and 3-5 could be any of these teams. FCD Gomez could also be in this mix.

How did the first week of Classic turn out for all of you? I saw a few scores that surprised me. Any thoughts?

It was a good game, both teams missed opportunities to win it but I would say it was a fair score. It was a fun, nervous filled, opening day to Classic.

Was surprised to see #2 Texans Dynamo with such a low scoring win over #16 Fever United, 3-0.

FU has always been a good team. Maybe they are better than their ranking...

FCD Pino isnt really a surprise, but I dont think they have been scored on in qualifying or in this weeks game. Putting up convincing wins right now.

Some days the ball just doesn't go into the goal....It happens. It was nice to finally get back to some soccer. Good teams in the Plano Labor Day tournament this weekend. Should be interesting.

They've been a really good team ever since we first played them a couple of years ago, they're a top 5 team imo. I would love to see a game between them and FCD Premier and/or Dynamo.

The whole season has great some match-ups every week. Hopefully this whole age pure thing doesn't mess up all this wonderful competition, the 05's have a good thing going right now. I'm sure the other ages do as well but I can only speak for the 05's.

Two positive surprises are FCD Rangel that has moved up 10 from #12 to #2, and FCD Hedges that moved up 9 from #20 to #11.  I had my doubts about Hedges after they changed coaches from Riojas, but they seem to be doing great.

Two negatives, with one being a real shocker for me, are FCD Guevara that has fallen down the ranks 10 spots from #10 to 20, and the big shocker, Texans Hodder with no wins and that have also fallen 10 spots from all the way up at #7 down to #17. They haven't played any of the top 3 teams, and luckily, they won't have to this fall.  

FCD Pino, Liverpool Dalglish, Dallas Texans Faber, and The Cosmos also deserve an honorable mention, all moving up 6 spots.

And finally, Dallas Texans Roudaki - What can be said for 28 goals for and 0 goals against? Absolutely astonishing! Congratulations!

People are finally finding out about FC Dallas South, it is about time they got some recognition.

FC Dallas Premier and Dallas Texans Roudaki are still the cream of the crop. I think that the Texans may be ready to overtake FC Dallas Premier. We will see.

I think that anyone who has played or have seen FCD South play knows they are a solid squad, top 5 in my book. Dynamo and FCD Premier are clearly the top 2 with Dynamo currently at number one. It's good to see a surprise in the Cosmos! This season is sorting the teams out, after the Spring the Classic rankings will be a memory to laugh at, just in time for the age pure push to shake things up.

If I recall correctly, the FCD South team is what used to be Arsenal. If so, those boys play a very good style of soccer. They move the ball around at a good pace and attack quickly in numbers.

All teams are looking good and playing some good soccer very impressed with some of these teams...

Thethruthhurts I will say this, not taking anything away from the boys but I really do believe the team was playing well already don't believe we should give full credit to Hedges, as a matter a fact I have only seen him at 2 of this team games he always has a assistant coach practicing and coaching the games. Riojas was removed with when the team was very strong and competitive already so I wouldn't give all the credit to Hedges. I am not sure where Riojas is at, but I am sure he is smiling inside. Boys are playing well!!!


Carrillo's team will figure it out they are well coached with good fundamentals...
