Does anyone know when the format will be released

Just trying to get some sort of idea.  As we find ourselves in a 6 spots but 7 group confusion.  Seeding to be honest was fair if done by placement in the respective leagues so no issues. Have to handle business first game out against what I think they seeded the one seed.  The question that many minds want to know especially with a tourney the following weekend in Houston so someone could plan just a little. Is is there a way to qualify in one week or would there be a required 2nd week of play.  Finding out May 30th for a 27th game is a little to late.  I know we have to be flexible to change. However, some idea prior to the matches would also be maybe just a little reasonable.
