00 DT Fall Festival

Looks like the DT Fall Festival will be a good one from the 00 applied list:

If they get the brackets and groups right, this will be a very competetive tournament.

Well IMO, I don't think they got the brackets right again, but oh well. They could have at least forced the wildcard to come out of Bracket A being that it's a 4 team group and it has 3 of the top 6 Classic teams in it.


At the very least we know that they're not going to try and give any DT team a free ride to the finals.


DT Gall gets to play TFC Wells and Wizards right off the bat and DT Red drew FCD Premier, Solar and Houstonians. DT Red schedule is brutal!


It's hard to predict who's going to advance just by looking at the groups because they aren't playing the teams within each group. Based on the schedule, here's what I think:

DT Gall 3-0-0
TFC 1-1-1
Wizards 1-1-1
Celtic 0-0-3
(TFC & Wizards just not playing well enough at the end of the season to challenge DT Gall)

Bracket B
Solar 2-1-0
Colorado Storm 1-0-2
Houstonians Red 0-0-3
(Solar will tie Houstonians)

Bracket C
FCD Premier 3-0-0
Houstonians 2-1-0
DT Red 0-0-3
(FCD Premier takes care of business)

Bracket A - DT Gall
Bracket B - Solar
Bracket C - FCD Premier
Wildcard - Houstonians


DT Gall over FCD Premier

Solar Red in the White Division??? Ouch! They have really hit rock bottom! Must not even be able to get the guest players they had during the Plano Labor Day to come out!
