Everyone seems to be an expert on the rankings and who will beat who! We need to set up a bracket and submit them to see who really knows their stuff....sort of like the big dance in college basketball.

Would anyone be interested?

Sure why not? But most of us don't know enough about most of the teams to do more than guess at winners. It's not like we had a chance to see them on TV.

The brackets up in the air are H,I,and J. The reason is not the power of the other top seeds it's because there is a big falloff after #13 seed. A real good team in those three brackets are going to have to play next weekend.

I am interested in the "H" and "J" brackets. I think that any of the top three teams in those brackets could come away on top this weekend. I think Barcelona is going to win the "J" bracket.

Agreed, however I will take Chivas in the "J" bracket. Gunners and Comets Blue is a toss up. I do think Tyler will beat the newly formed Texan team that has no history of beating anyone.

I had heard good things about Chivas, however I watched them play ASG Gold North in the Puma Cup and they did not show well. They were beat 4 -1 and just did not look ready to play. I saw Baccelona lose to Solar Red 2 - 1 in the Puma Cup and I just liked how hard the played. Chivas will surprise me now and come back an win this weekend. I guess that's what you get when you are watching ten year olds. Have a great tournament everyone.

I would not bet against the Texans Connell team. While they have not proven anything yet, we know a lot of the their kids and they are mentally tough and very good athletes with lots of speed. The Texans team will match up really well against Tyler.

Brackets A: Easy pick - Texans
Bracket B: Another easy pick, Solar Red
Bracket C: DTS
Bracket D: Solar
Bracket E: FCD South
Bracket F: Athletico Madrid
Bracket G: ASG
Bracket H: Comets, should be a good game with the Gunners
Bracket I: Texans Red
Bracket J: Barcelona, should be good games with Chivas and FWFC

Interesting, in my opinion top seeds win in E,F and H. I like the Barcelona pick and not sure what the Texans Red have to offer. Have not been together long, however someone said they have some talent and speed, so who knows.

Andromeda has not really played any top teams lately and FCD seems to lose to all the top teams they play against - IMHO, both can be beat by decent teams. Everyone says there will be upsets in the top 10 - I think these may be the two.
Gunners rely too much on speed, Comets seem more skilled.
I thought Texans Red was primarily Densk's 99 SDL team and I don't think Tyler is that strong.
Texans and Solar Red are locks, the rest of the top seeds in each bracket have some risk.

Bracket F-Athletico can't beat FCDallas(Suarez). Only the J bracket is a three team race.
Why do they play the #1 and#2 seed the first game in every bracket ?

99s, would you like to make a little wager on the outcome of bracket E? I take Andro and you take FCD. Lets make it interesting???

BTW, lucky for Solar Red they aren't playing anyone. Their confidence was shaken by Crawford at the Puma and if anyone has shown they can be beat, it's Solar Red.

everyone is picking top seeds (too easy), just looking for the upsets that always happen.

I doubt SR is too shaken, probably more "motivated" by their coach and parents! I would bet FCD is the team with the confidence issue.

Nothing against Andromeda, just FCD South has played some tougher teams lately - could be more ready to go at it.

Worst case, all the top seeds win and its really a boring weekend.
