had a hard fought game against Amarillo Lightning
last weekend. was a great game for them.

AMARILLO LIGHTNING SC 97 (TXN)
defensive was bang up for last weekends games.
if they are healthy, i dont think Texans could beat
them in back to back weekends. all depends on the
defense if it is ready to play

Looked like FCD Central lots, Tyler shock none

I agree with all your picks. FCD is the only D2 playing and they should win it all having to only play two games in their bracket. Even thou Monterrey tied them 2-2 in the Plano Day Invite and beat then in the Winter Cup 2011 3-2. FCD is the better team of the two.

Few mild upsets this weekend: But still lots of good soccer left this afternoon.

Bracket A: Key game, winner of the FCD Central vs TFC Blue will advance.

Bracket B: DFW Tejanos control their destiny, need to win 3-0 or better will need all 10 points to advance. If not FC Galaxy 97 advances.

Bracket C: Mild upset developing, but a win by Millennium 97B and they advance.

Bracket D: Another great game tonight winner of the Dallas Texans vs ALSC advances.

ALSC beats DTS 2-0. Looks like ALSC plays TFC in semis.

Weirdest tournament rules ever. Goal differential is max of 4 so we will be doing a pk shootout in the morning at 6:30 to see who plays Amarillo

Better practice some pk's tonight then.

Yes, they can't get got soccer to overrule the normal goal differential rule.

Yes, shootout score was 3-2 their keeper was 5th shooter and missed, that made them down by 2 so our 5th didn't have to shoot

People underestimate us because we're not Classic league. We have been performing very well in tournament play lately, won the last 3 we've played in and have beaten several D2 and D3 teams including FCD Central twice, ASG Gold, Andromeda and now Amarillo Lightning

Any guest players?

3 players from TFC white, who are now officially on our roster. For his tourney, our sweeper ended up w a concussion in the first half of he first game so we were glad to have the help
