Jesuit 1 Naaman Forest 0

Naaman Forest gets a red card with 20 seconds left in game. Naaman emptys the bench and a big fist fight breaks out. Keeper and #13 from Naaman Forest throwing punches on Jesuit sidelines near corner flag. Cops come onto the field and help coaches regain order. Time runs out during the melee.

Only red card I am aware of was given on the original foul to a Naaman player. It wouldn't matter for the Naaman's keeper or #13 as they are eliminated tonight. Jesuit players were the punchees and not the punchers, so to speak. In all of the rucus I couln't tell if any of the Naaman players actualy assaulted any of the Jesuit priests that were on the sidelines. Shocked

Man was it chilly last night.

Have to give it to Marcus. I thought they would get blown away. Hebron's win was a surprise as well over Coppell. There are some great matchups in the next round.

Congrats to HP Coach Allen, he was my high school coach and very happy for them, even if they did beat my fellow district school. We (Wakeland) beat Creekview 1-0. They were very solid and gave it all they had. Great game played at PHP, the pitch was amazing! Next match tomorrow night at Wakeland HS vs. RL Turner. Combined we are 48-3-2. Should be a great match! Come on out, game at 7PM.

This may be the upset game of the week...RLT is playing good soccerand is going to be tough to beat.

If you want to check out any one playoff game...this will be a good one.

Watched the 2nd half and OT of the Hebron-Coppell game. Hebron controlled possession but Coppell defended well in the final 3rd. One defensive lapse decided it but with all the possession the Hawks had you could say it was only a matter of time. The Cowboys fought back in the 2nd OT and hit the post with a minute left but it didn't go in. Congrats to Hebron - they could go a ways from what I saw.

Wakeland and Turner game has been moved to Standridge due to need of larger stadium for crowd, our stadium at Wakeland only has a single set of bleachers. Still 7pm.

Oh well, we have played there 4 times in last 2 years and is site of regional championship. Big stadiums like that at least aren't as advantageous as the small ones. But ya, would have liked to have hosted. With us two it should be a good game no matter where it is played.
