What 99 teams are playing? Are all the D1 teams playing?

Looks like a pretty good field of D1 & D2 teams....

Looks like a good tournament, it will be interesting to see the how they build and seed the brackets. 12 teams, will it be three brackets of 4 with Solar Red, Solar 99 and Andromeda as the top seeds (QT seedings) with bracket winners and a wildcard heading to the playoffs? Or, four brackets of three teams and only the bracket winners advancing? I can never figure out how they structure tournaments.
Too bad half the top ten teams are not participating (ASG, Comets, DTS, Texans, Tyler Azzurri). If will be a great opportunity for Gunners, FCD Blue and Barcelona to make some noise against teams seeded higher than them coming out of the QT.

I didn't know this, but we can still have guest players. So, my BB will be at that tournament!

All teams are scheduled to have three preliminary games; two on Saturday and one on Sunday morning. Quarterfinals, if required, are scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
