SDL results

Not SDL, but Solar red game against Guameru was a great game. Solar had a goal called back that shouldn't have been, but ultimately lost 2-0 after a very late free kick by Guameru on a questionable hand ball (after a no call on a hand ball in the other box). But a well played and hard fought game by both teams.

Also of interest, the game started 10 minutes late, as we all had to wait while the Guameru U7 starters walked over from their 04(U9) game on the adjoining field. We watched as they changed from their blue U9 uniforms into their green U7 uniforms. Odd, though, they had two number 11s on the team.

Sigh . . . . .

I'm not surprised at all......

I would assume the kids are advanced and extremely intellectual for their age, therefore they have been advanced in their school and that is why they are 6 - 7 years old in in 3rd and 4th grade, but the true test and question next game is.......... Not what grade are you in, but can you add the two 1's on the back of your jersey and what does that equal?
