One game to go and some drama still left..

D1
Big win

Fcd gentile-has a chance, a small chance to win d1 on goal differential if the two above tie next week and they beat partain.

Big loss
Broken record, solar partain, now officially going to d2 where frankly they belong and even that won't be easy. A massively underperforming team that has been outscored 23-3 in 8 games this spring season.

D2
Big win

Its a tie, chambers earning their way to d1 and anoranzas clawing their way out of the relegation zone

Big loss

Andromeda, didnt play but in a real sense lost due to anoranzas winning. Now virtually a certainty to drop to d3. A team with high hopes that just fizzled.

What high hopes ? I do not remember anyone giving Andromeda high hopes.

Having said that, they (Andromeda) are not relegated
Andro vs Coppell Coppell can be beaten, look at their record and games.

Andro vs Kounas Andro can beat Kounas.

They can then hope for the other teams to draw or mess up and they will not be relegated. Do not like the goal difference though.

LP Callaghan and NT strikers have to play each other.
Anoranzas and Kounas have to play each other.

Perhaps high hopes was the wrong phrase. A competitive team that would not get relegated. Is that better? Second yes it is possible for them to escape relegation, possible but unlikely.....

11:00 AM DALLAS TEXANS SOUTH (ADAMES) vs. DALLAS TEXANS SC RED (CRAFT), Richland #03
11:00 AM SPORTING UNITED (VIDELA) vs. FORT WORTH FC WHITE (GUENDOUZI), Richland #02

Assumption; the teams don't make-up the goal differential.

Scenarios for Sporting United:
Wins vs. FW, finishes season with 19 points; Neither DT Craft or FWFC can match final standings points, Sporting United remains in D1
Ties FW, Sporting will finish season with 17 points; FW finishes with 16 points. So there is at least one team below them in the standings. Sporting remains in D1.
Loses to FW, finishes with 16 points; FW will finish with 18 points. If DT Craft wins, they'll also finish with 18 points and Sporting is relegated to D2. If DT Craft ties or loses, Sporting remains in D1.

Sporting United just has to tie or win to remain in D1. It doesn't matter what happens in other games. They control their destiny.

Scenarios for DT Craft:
Wins against DT South; finishes season with 18 points; if FWFC wins, DT Craft still remains in D1 due to Goal Differential. FWFC is relegated to D2.
Ties DT South; finish season with 17 points; if FWFC loses or ties last game, FWFC is relegated. If FWFC wins, DT Craft is relegated.
Loses to DT South; finish with 15 points; will be relegated to D2 if FWFC wins or ties. If FWFC also loses, FWFC is relegated due to Goal Differential.

DT Craft just has to keep an eye FWFC. As long as both win or both tie, or both lose the last game... DT Craft remains in D1. They have a three point Goal Differential advantage over FWFC. DT Craft will need a spotter at the Sporting v FWFC match to keep them up to date.

Bottom line: DT Craft can lose and yet, remain in D1, if FWFC also loses. They do not control their destiny.

Scenarios for FWFC:
Wins vs. Sporting, finishes season with 18 points; FWFC remains in D1.
Ties Sporting, finishes season with 16 points; if DT Craft also ties, FWFC is relegated to D2. If DT Craft loses, FWFC remains in D1.
Loses to Sporting, finishes with 15 points; relegated to D2

Simply, a FWFC win will keep them in D1. If FWFC loses, they go to D2.

Feel free to poke holes in the scenarios. I encourage any edit recommendations to correct any errors on my part.

Loses to Sporting, finishes with 15 points; relegated to D2

FWFC needs to win AND for DT Craft lose or tie to remain in D1. Even if FWFC wins, they'll be relegated if DT Craft also wins. If FWFC loses, they go to D2. Has the biggest hill to climb.

Feel free to poke holes in the scenarios. I encourage any edit recommendations to correct any errors on my part.

I would say thats like grandmas nightshirt.....it covers everything but who gets relegated? Stay tuned...predictions on their way
