Rank the 00 Boys Classic League Teams

D1:  Not knowing how much pre-academy/academy depleted teams, it really is a crapshoot.  I listed the four premier league teams first, but it is all open until they start playing.  Andro is truly a wildcard and could finish anywhere.   There has always been the question on whether pre-academy is better than classic.  Andro gets to be the test case.

Re Andro and D1: My guess is that Andro won't drop much in Classic, because they are probably going to dual roster most (if not all) of their players. They just don't have enough players to create another full team without dual rostering most of their players.

They may run into problems when they have conflicting schedules (PA v. Classic), which I'm not sure how often that will happen, but other than that, they will probably be almost the same team they were. My guess anyway. So I'd guess they drop a few spots - due to losing some games they normally wouldn't when there is a conflict.

I'm not gonna try to guess on D2 & D3 - way too many moving parts.

I read somewhere on the forum that Development Academy, which is where Andro Red is, does not allow dual rostering. Pre-Academy does.

Ah, ok. The 1999s are DA, but the 2000s are PA? Is that right? So the players with birthdates 1/1/2000 - 7/31/2000 will be the ones who can dual roster for the 2000s Classic team? If that is the case, then players with birthdates from 8/1/99 - 12/31/99 cannot dual roster.

But 2000 age Classic players with birth dates of 8/1/99 - 12/31/99 are the youngest DA 99s, so there might not be many that make the 99 DA team. I don't know what Andromeda's 1999 DA situation is, so maybe they need those younger 99 birth date players for DA - so maybe it will have a bigger effect than I thought.

Andromeda moved most of their roster to DA. They almost gave up their D1 position, but decided last minute to make it work. They will be using some players from their 00 pre-academy and a few 01's pre-academy kids to make the base of this team, and possibly any players from the 00 White & 00 Gold team.  Word is that it will be coached by Wells and Renner.

I am not surprised that they moved the whole Andromeda Red team to DA. It was an amazing team, they won the CL with 49 points, 43 goals for and 6 against! Then they won the State Cup and advanced to the final of the Region III Southern Championship.
They will do great in DA!
