Fall SDL Season:

Which teams are playing in SDLs top league this fall. I know Solar Dynamo and I hear Andromeda 02 went to Solar and will also play. Anyone know where Ayses, TFC and Crushers are playing? Also hear Solar PFC folded

Liverpool Gerrard will probably play in the top division. Crushers went to Solar and should play in the top division. Did Fagen's Andromeda team go to Solar? That's 3 clubs in 3 years, right? I would guess AYSES will play in the top division as well as DT South. Others from last year include TFC, FWFC, Solar Blue, Aces. So that's...

Surely a few '02 FC Dallas teams will play in SDL.

Whoa SDL. I can't wait. DT South 02 will be playing SDL but may be playing up as they did last season.

Anyone else know of other 02's possibly playing up in SDL?

I too heard that Fagen went to Solar and Solar PFC folded.

So 3 or 4 top teams at Solar with Dynamo, Blue, Crushers and old Andromeda team. Be interesting to see if they combine them for select and try to get multiple D1 teams.

I suspect just a few things will change in the next 2 years before select. At his current pace Fagen's team will have moved to Dallas Texans and FCD in no particular order Fall SDL Season: Icon_razz

To P1's point, where are all the FCD teams? Looking at the SDL spring schedule, there was only 1 team (Khastedel) playing in U8, and that was a lower level team. Surely they have more teams than that. Where do they play?

I didn't think so, but no one is stopping them. My friend is an 02G coach and emailed several people at NTSSA and no one will reply. He is mad because if he would have known his 02G's could have been playing in tournaments this Summer, he would have entered several.

What's the cutover date when everyone is promoted? I thought it was July 1, but maybe it's August? If July 1, that would make 02 teams U9 and eligible for anything after July 1 right?

It looks like July 1st is the beginning of the new 'soccer' year.
Looking at the King Tut schedules, which is pretty slim, the '99's are listed as U-12. So, yes, the 02 team is playing only 1 year up.

I think the cut off is August 1 for birthdays and July 1 for contracts. Gotsoccer switches automatically to the next year on August 1.
