Dual Roster For PA U-14?

Just curious.
Will U-14 PA be able to dual-roster this upcoming season?
Folks talk, so maybe someone with more knowledge on this question can clear this up.
PA players taking paying players' spots cause a mass exodus of those benched players from 1 team.
That team did reload with some good players, but will this happen again?

If you mean U14 DA ( Development Academy), I think the answer is "no" they cannot dual roster on Classic league teams if they are a full time player on the U14 DA team ( 01 birth year). If a player is a DP ( Developmental Player ) on a U14 DA team, he can dual roster up to the point where he plays 6 games for the DA team, he then becomes a full time DA player.

I don't think there are any rules against Dual Rostering for PA (Pre-Academy teams, this year 02/U13 and 00/U15).

U-15 is PA, but U-14 is DA?

Yes, the PA is U13 ( 02) and U15 ( 00 ) for next year. DA is U14 ( 01), U16(99) and U18 (97). The DA is technically for U13/U14 and U15/U16 and U17/18, but most clubs around here limit it the older birth year with a few players from the younger year playing up.

The PA fills in the gaps for the U15 year. Next year DA will start at U12 and PA U13 will fill in the gap.

No idea how they decided on this structure.
