I can't speak on his coaching, but outside looking in, if he is supplementing his regular roster with 4 kids from another team in a tournament that is 9v9, I would say "up and coming" may be a stretch.
Plus they wont make it out of pool play unless they can beat DTexans South in the final pool game. I don't see bracket play in their ESPN future.
All U10 teams are up and coming, FCD will bring their A game and so will DTS, hope the kids and the parents enjoy.

We don't know the whole story.
Maybe these kids will later join his team?
Or he could be short of kids?
Or some of his regular players are sick.
Or he doesn't have confidence in the paying players on his roster and decided to add 4 ringers to the mix.
How's that working out so far?
I remember this same discussion when DT South *** brought in 3 players from the DT ***
"Super Team" (totally stirring the pot here).
Some FCD parents raised a ruckus. And rightfully so.
If you're going to take money from these kids' parents, practice your regulars and then throw in ringers during big games, then that in itself is tantamount to the coach not having confidence in his players.
Of course the parents will get upset, unless they're a bunch of mindless sheep.
So don't expect loyalty when you're not showing any yourself.
Don't be STUNNED when half your team walks away from you.
2 guest players to maybe tryout and/or give a boost, but "4" on a 9v9 game?
That's way too many.
You get what you pay for FCD ***** parents.
Bottom line. DT South will win 8-1.

Seriously?
Maybe the coach does have his reasons for doing what he's doing.
Could be that FCD's other team asked to play.
This is not an SDL, PAL, PrimeTime, or CAL game.
I bet you don't have a kid on either team.
You said yourself that you're "stirring the pot".
Why? STOP IT!!!!
If you go watch the game, then just enjoy the game. Okay?
BTW, cool screen-name and avatar.

@tpitty, Thanks.

@Burnthestar,
You're right. Sorry about that little rant.
Got burned before when my oldest BB played on his 96 team a few years ago.
We still lost the tournaments with the "ringers" that didn't pay a dime.
But again, this was uncalled for and thanks for busting me out about it.
I will be at the game to see DT South do their thing.
No, I do not have a dog in this fight.
You a STEELERS fan?
I've seen your other avatars before and you seem to really HATE our Cowboys.
LOL!!!

Nope. I love my Cowboys.
I'm a home-grown Texas boy.
If you'd read a post a few days back, you'd get the whole story.
Got a chance to see one of my Cowboys heroes Big Nate Newton at the ESPN tournament.
The dude's lost a lot of weight. Good for him.
Have fun at the tournament this weekend.
Hope my mouth feels better. Had to get some molars yanked. OUCH!!!!
