I have more compassion. Mine runs behind me, and I just drag him along when he starts slacking off.my2cents wrote:Man you guys are softies. I make mine run home and bump him with the fender if he goes too slow.

Largely uncontested. However, if you have a low tolerance threshold for dumbness and people that need to get a life, I got to think that youth soccer may present some challenges. Just sayin. I mean, I'm smart and well adjusted but those other people, they are loonies.

We had a few kids from different teams. The main goal was to have fun and let friends play with each other. Some of these kids do not get to play with each other. The kids played well. The semifinal did not go as we hoped but in the end why does it matter to anyone else but the kids that got to play.
Overall these kids got to play not worry about coaches, parents, scores, leagues...
They got to be kids are try different things. Some kids that play forward wanted to play back and be point. This is the time to make mistakes and work on other aspects of the game.
Best of luck to all players and parents.

Hello Soccer Toughness. I just went to the website address listed under your avatar. http://www.soccertoughness.com/ It is a good site with a lot of good soccer information for kids, coaches, and parents. I encourage people to check it out.
Just a little feedback. You may get more sponsors if you add a purpose statement to the homepage.

"I knew them to be key DTS players,"oh, "Please tell us how it was done!". Are you kidding me, you're an idiot! Maybe you can pretend to be really concerned about 10 yr olds and post under another name following every event a DTS player attends. Stocker!proud_parent02 wrote:'Sprint' thank you for the confirmation. The Kick It 3v3 results are now posted, and they also confirm the Azzuri win. First let me say, congratulation to Azzuri. You have done something that few teams have been able to do.
When I was told four of the Soccertoughness players names, and I knew them to be long term DTS key players; I thought I knew the game results before the person finished telling me his story. DTS is a 11v11 powerhouse. 3v3 may be different, but since many of the DTS key players are part of the Futsal residency, they also know how to play small side games. With a roster of top talent DTS players, I expected a wipe out score. I was very surprised to hear that DTS was down 0-7 in 12 minutes, and given the 'mercy rule' at 20 minutes. A while later my surprise turned to disbelief. I thought the person may have been smoking too much pixie dust. So I had to ask for confirmation in this forum.
Now that the story is confirmed; here is the question that I really wanted to ask.
How did Azzuri beat DTS so handedly?
Was the referee calling fouls only one way? Or did Azzuri just outplay the DTS stars?
If Azzuri had an honest win, then please tell us how it was done so that we can all be a little more competitive with DTS.

Shelves keep getting emptied, so they need a lot of those this time of the year.
